Don’t miss your chance to take home some incredible prizes during the Mike Martin Pro! Throughout the weekend we’ll be raffling off a wide variety of items generously donated by our sponsors and local businesses—from surf gear and apparel to gift cards and unique experiences.

In addition to the daily prizes, all tickets will also go toward our Grand Prize Drawing, which will be announced during the final day of the event.

RAFFLE INFORMATION

The Mike Martin Pro Weekend Raffle is conducted by Surfing in the Sixties, a nonprofit organization, to support the continued operation and growth of the Mike Martin Pro surf event and related community initiatives.

Raffle prizes have been generously donated by sponsors, local businesses, and supporters. Drawings will take place during the event weekend, with one Grand Prize Drawing held on the final day of the contest.

Official Rules

Eligibility

Participants must be 18 years of age or older to purchase raffle tickets.
Raffle tickets may be purchased by event attendees, competitors, sponsors, and members of the public.
Volunteers and event staff may participate unless otherwise prohibited by event organizers.

Ticket Sales

Raffle tickets will be available throughout the event weekend at designated raffle stations.

Ticket Pricing

$5 – One (1) ticket
$20 – Five (5) tickets

Accepted payment methods include:

Cash
Credit or debit card via Square

Ticket sales will close at 3:00 PM on Sunday, April 12.

Entering the Raffle

Participants must clearly write their name and phone number on each ticket before submitting it.
All tickets will be placed into one main raffle drawing container.
Participants may enter as many tickets as they wish.

Prize Drawings

Prizes will be drawn randomly from the full pool of raffle entries.

Multiple prizes will be awarded throughout the event weekend, including a Grand Prize Drawing on Sunday.

Grand Prize (currently being finalized) will include:

An O’Brien surfboard featuring custom artwork by Jimmy Lane
A 2-night / 3-day stay at K59 Surf Resort in El Salvador

Additional prizes donated by sponsors and local businesses will be awarded throughout the weekend.

Winner Notification

Winners do not need to be present to win.

Winners will be:

Announced at the event when possible
Contacted using the phone number written on their raffle ticket.

Claiming Prizes

Winners must claim their prize within three (3) days following the conclusion of the event.

The deadline to claim prizes is:

Wednesday, April 15 at 12:00 PM

Instructions for claiming prizes will be provided when winners are contacted.

Unclaimed prizes after this deadline may be forfeited and handled at the discretion of event organizers.

General Conditions

All raffle ticket purchases are final and non-refundable.
Prizes are awarded as-is and cannot be exchanged for cash unless otherwise stated.
Event organizers reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.
By participating in the raffle, entrants agree to allow their name to be used for event promotional purposes if selected as a winner.

Liability

The Mike Martin Pro, Surfing in the Sixties, event organizers, volunteers, and sponsors are not responsible for:

Lost or stolen raffle tickets
Illegible or incomplete ticket entries

Participation in the raffle constitutes acceptance of these rules.
